basic curry prep. (veg/ non veg )

take 3-4 medium size sliced onin fried in oil , 1 spoon of garlic and ginger paste , 12 tea spoon of each - turmeric powder , chilly poder , cumins poder  ( soak all these ingrediant in water for 15 minutes

make paste in mixi take 1 spoon of oin in pan fry till mixer is brown add water to get gravy of required consistency.

Curry base is ready you can use it in both for vegetables - fry potato or any veg of your choice cook for 10-15 minutes in gravy

decorate with corinder leaves and green chilly before serving
