Pita bread

 Ingredients

Maida 1 cup

Atta      1 cup

Chana Atta 1/2 cup

Cooking oil 3 table spoon

Curd 1/2 cup

Baking soda 1/4 spoon

Dry yeast  1 tea spoon

Sugar 1 tea spoon, salt to taste

Water  to kneed 


Mix all ingredients

And kneed in soft  dough , stand it 1 hr at room temperature. 

Make thin rooti and cook on medium heat on steel tawa.
