Chicken Kabab

Galawati chicken Ingredients:

Coarsely  Mince 1/2 Kg marinated in fresh Papaya paste & 1table spoon garlic paste for 4 hrs at room temperature. 

Wash chicken chicken add 1 medium onion finely chopped, 1 spoon garlic & ginger paste, Graham flour 1 table spoon, gram madala powder 1/4 tea-spoon, kashmiri mirch powder 1/2 spoon, green chilli 2 nos., 1 egg, coriander leaf 1/2 cup, salt to taste

Grind in chopper all ingredients for 2 minutes exept egg. 

Now beat with hand adding egg. 

Make small bowls and fry at flame. 

Serve hot with Meyones

Grilled chicken


 Grilled Chicken

Marinate chicken legs with thighs in freshly green grinded papaya paste for 6 hrs at room temp. 
After 6 hrs. Wash marinated chicken and do second marination with lemon juice. 
Rest it in fridge over night. 

Remove bone of leg part, add last marination with
Salt, chat masala, black pepper powder, zeera poder, red chilli powder, oil
Place on griller on medium heat for 1/2 an hour covered with lid

Turn pieces upside down and let it grill 20 minutes on low flame. 

Serve hot with yoghurt amd chapti and salad.

Egg Mayonnaise

              Ingredients::

2 eggs

2 tea spoon Lemon juice

1/4 tea spoon black/ dakhni mirch powder

1/2 tea spoon salt

1 tea spoon sugar

2-3 cups olive/ refind oil

2 table fresh cream

            Procedure:::

In a blender put lemon juice, salt, sugar, black pepper eggs and turn on mixer for 10 seconds. 

Add oil in running blunder in form of like a thread speed till oil and form thick semi flowing past. 

Add  cream

And store in fridge to use for one week

Khichri

 Mong daal khichri 

1/2 cup rice

1/2 cup moong dhuli daal

Soak in water for 1/2 hr. 

Put Cooker on low flame add 1 spoon cooking oil 

Put zeera 1/2 tea spoon, add 1 cup water and add soaked rice and daal. 

Give 2 citi at high flame and put off gas. 

Let release steam. 

Serve with raita

Is good for stomach disorder.

Green chilli and corinder chatni

 Hari mirch ki chatni

Ingrediants

Green chillis 10 no. 

Coriander leaf 1 cup

Ginger 1 inch

Garlic 1 pod

Salt to taste

Roasted Graham 1/2 cup

Flax seeds 2 spoon

Vinegar 2 spoon

Olive oil 1/4 cup

Water 1/2 cup


Grind in fine paste


Keep in fridge and use within one week

Pita bread

 Ingredients

Maida 1 cup

Atta      1 cup

Chana Atta 1/2 cup

Cooking oil 3 table spoon

Curd 1/2 cup

Baking soda 1/4 spoon

Dry yeast  1 tea spoon

Sugar 1 tea spoon, salt to taste

Water  to kneed 


Mix all ingredients

And kneed in soft  dough , stand it 1 hr at room temperature. 

Make thin rooti and cook on medium heat on steel tawa.

Red meat kabab

 Ingredients

Meat mince( qima) 1/2kg

Ginger & Garlic minced with meat150 gm

Marination powder 1/2 packet

Onion.. 1 no

Egg. 1

Bread 2 slices

Green chilli 3 no

Rice flour 1 spoon

Graham 2 spoon

Salt to taste

Procedure

Marinate red meat mince with any marination powder available in market along with crushed ginger and garlic for 6 Hrs and keep over night in fridge

Add opinion bread egg salt green chilli rice flour Graham flour salt gram masala

Mix well make balls and shallow fry in cooking oil till get light brown

Serve hot with chutni at tea time
