Grilled Chicken
Marinate chicken legs with thighs in freshly green grinded papaya paste for 6 hrs at room temp.
After 6 hrs. Wash marinated chicken and do second marination with lemon juice.
Rest it in fridge over night.
Remove bone of leg part, add last marination with
Salt, chat masala, black pepper powder, zeera poder, red chilli powder, oil
Place on griller on medium heat for 1/2 an hour covered with lid
Turn pieces upside down and let it grill 20 minutes on low flame.
Serve hot with yoghurt amd chapti and salad.
